I’m still really relishing our time in Italy.  I scoured through my cookbook shelf and dusted off this beautiful book that I bought during our trip to Amalfi in 2015.

Naples and the Amalfi Coast” is a delicious gastronomic tour of a gorgeous region of Italy.  I’ve tried several recipes so far. The artichoke lasagna features a creamy white bechemel sauce.  The ‘fortifying’ salad includes brocoli, cauliflower and anchovies, yum! The ragout recipe was simple and delicious and there are some sweet dessert recipes as well. The book also discusses key regional ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. Finally, the photography is just dreamy, so even if you don’t care to cook, you can marvel at the photos.
