I’m so excited - a new French cookbook to add to my shelf! Stephane Nguyen and Kate Blenkiron are a husband and wife team behind the popular French Cooking Academy online cooking school and YouTube channel, with 750,000 subscribers. Stephane is originally from Fontainebleau. The choice of dishes – like a one pot fricassée, potato gratin with comté and gruyere, techniques for mastering sauces, desserts and more – are true French comfort classics.
